Sean has spent over 30 years actively involved in the management and operation of his family’s ranch, where he has developed and overseen grazing and hunting lease programs, as well as negotiated complex agreements with oil and gas operators, pipeline companies, and transmission line developers. This hands-on experience gives him a deep understanding of land value, surface use, and long-term asset management; critical advantages for clients buying or selling rural property.
In addition to his real estate work, Sean is an active landman, negotiating oil and gas leases and conducting title research for both surface and mineral ownership. His background in title and contract negotiation allows him to identify issues early, protect his clients’ interests, and bring a higher level of precision and confidence to every transaction.
Sean’s education and certifications further reinforce his expertise. He holds a Certificate of Technology in Solar Power Technologies from Western Texas College, an Advanced Ranch Management Certificate through the King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management in partnership with Texas Farm Credit, and a Professional Land Management Certificate from Midland College. He is also an FAA-certified commercial drone pilot, allowing him to provide advanced property marketing and aerial analysis for his clients.
